This product is a recent release, yet you can still buy at almost any retail store that deals with electronics. It's been made available on Amazon since October 28, 2012 and I think Sony Bravia DAV-DZ570 will be a Black Friday hit.

Due to its stylish design, easy configuration and wireless audio delivery this will definitely attract people looking to upgrade their modern living room and invest in such a home theater system. Though this a good looking unit, more on the Sony new-school side, it will not be a big interest for those with a 'vintage' taste in things.

  • Dolby Pro Logic II feature
  • BRAVIA Sync function
  • Fairly difficult setup process

One of the primary features of the Sony Bravia DAV-DZ570, which I think is great, is the introduction of S-AIR technology. What this little feature does is it delivers audio to the rear surround speakers wirelessly relying on radio frequencies. And it does this without interfering or bothering other devices and gadgets you might have laying around your room. The D.C.A.C, which stands for Digital Cinema Auto Calibration, will transform your room into the perfect listening chamber. This function will automatically calibrate the audio performance taking into consideration to the size, shape and construction of your room.

DIGITAL MEDIA PORT and USB connectivity will make the most out of your music, video and other files stored on your Sony Walkman, iPod, MP3 players, smartphones and Bluetooth and Wi-Fi portable music devices and gadgets. The Sony Bravia DAV-DZ570 DVD Home Theater System also has a Karaoke function, making this system a good choice for home entertainers and social people.

The S-Master Full Digital Amplifier is also something that can't be overlooked. Sony’s home theater systems are equipped with S-Master Digital Amplifiers for great accuracy, clear separation of signals and balanced sound reproduction. The amplifier accepts all kind of digital signals and simply amplifies the signal in 'digital' without needing to convert it into analogue first.

With a total power output of 850 W, the Sony Bravia DAV-DZ570 is definitely not lacking power. I recommend this unit for anyone with a bigger room or those that want to make out of it their main home entertainment system. This is yet another affordable product which doesn't lack quality, all by Sony.
