This year, as well as last year, we discussed and reviewed a whole lot of wireless speakers and speaker systems. But as you pretty much all know is that most of those speakers where portable; although a large portion of those speakers were designed for outdoor use, most were small sized and lacked real outdoor power (not loud enough). This Sabrent wireless speaker system, although not as sturdy as other outdoor units, is a great example of what a garden/yard speaker should look like.

This unit was recently released and came into the marketplace really quiet. It’s currently available for sale in many online and offline retail stores. I would highly recommend checking Amazon’s prices from time to time, you can usually get a pretty good deal and free shipping; it was made available for purchase with them on  March 28, 2013, and already has some great reviews from (verified) satisfied customers.

When it comes to the needs this system will serve and its key feature, its portability must necessarily be addressed. This Sabrent speaker system will allow users to enjoy their favorite music anywhere, anytime. Most people looking for such a unit usually tend to go with Bose, Pyle or Jambox; although they offer great quality, these can also break some people's bank.

The fact that the speakers are weather-resistant and can be used in wet areas, surviving spills and splashes, will allow users to benefit from this system everything they go out for a swim or some poolside fun. Although I do not recommend taking these speakers into the "wild", some users have enjoyed them while camping.

The 900MHz Phase Loop Lock circuitry this unit is powered by automatically locks in and keeps any audio signal strong and clear. This works perfectly within the range of up to 150 feet; it is not limited by line of sight whatsoever, delivering a crystal clear signal through walls or any other obstacles . Its system transmitter will support any type of 3.5 mm audio input, including RCA inputs for home theater receivers, as well as MP3 players, PCs and Apple devices.

Overall Sabrent's SP-NELO speaker system is a great way to add music to your patio/spa activities. As for indoor usage, you can always add additional Sabrent speakers and create a multi-room sound system to cover a larger area of your home. I am not reluctant to say that Sabrent's weather resistant two speaker system sounds amazing and unsuspectingly clear for their size and price. Without a doubt I recommend this unit for those looking for a way to take their music outside on a budget.
