The Bose Solo TV Sound System brings a new and innovative alternative to the conventional home theater system. With their speaker array technology this unit allows the sound to flow even around a room, so you won’t miss those usual additional speakers.

Even though it's been recently released, there's no wonder why the Bose Solo TV Sound System became Amazon's #1 best seller in their Home Theater Systems sub-category as quickly as it did.

Uniquely designed and developed, the Bose Solo TV Sound System was initially conceived for limited spaces and for those who hate clutter and cables roaming around their living rooms. But eventually, this little unit became a favorite for anyone looking to invest in a high-fidelity home theater system.

  • At any volume level, the sound is automatically optimized
  • Crisp, clear dialogue for a better TV watching experience
  • Lack of bass and treble settings
  • The bass line level is slightly softer than expected

Well, its simplicity makes it easier to use and to set up than any other home theater system, there's no doubt about it. But its performance attracts audiophiles and tech lovers the same as it does the average buyer. The single speaker feature and BOSE's innovative technology will evenly spread out the sound throughout the room; although some may doubt it, the sound quality is something they can brag about. A thing everybody seems to praise this unit for, is the audio quality of the voices on TV; that's something I usually have a problem with also, but not in this case. Bose Solo TV Sound System delivers crisp and crystal clear voices, that's something that most people look for apparently.

Fully equipped with an optical audio input, coaxial input and a R-L audio input (analog). One of the included items is a four-button remote control I find very easy to use (like in most cases with Bose products). Usually placed beneath the TV, the guys from Bose recommend this for TVs up to 37" and in some cases up to 42", but such as the TV's base does not override the unit. Otherwise the TV can become unstable and fall.

Because of its DVD player type size, this can be fit with almost any TV in any room you might like to place it. So, yes I do recommend this unit, but remember, it does NOT replace your entire music system (that's why it's called a TV sound system). Bose Solo TV Sound System works extremely well, when replacing the TV's audio, or can be great for a room you don't want to put a whole home theater system in.

Overall I really recommend it. For its purpose it does wonders and won't disappoint you in any way.
